Your selection is immediately reserved for the desired period if it’s available. If it’s not, not to worry! We’ll suggest several suitable alternatives with similar attributes.
Contact us as soon as you know your travel dates. Ideally, we suggest booking 2 months ahead, especially during high season (1 May – 1 September).

We offer a 100% refund if cancelled by the client at least (30) days prior to arrival. No exceptions.
Arrival time (check-in) starts at 3pm and departure time (check-out) ends at 11am. Please advise Hotel Management as soon as possible regarding your approximate arrival/departure times. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved by Hotel Management. Extra fees may apply.
All details concerning your arrival (check-in) will be emailed to you with your final booking confirmation. On the day of arrival, a representative will greet you at the Loft to give you your set(s) of keys.
The Loft is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure to ensure optimal conditions. During your stay, we kindly ask that you respect the Loft in a responsible manner. Should you desire any additional housekeeping services during your stay, please feel free to contact us.

No, all Lofts are strictly non-smoking.
At the discretion of the Milton Parc Hotel, we will do everything in our power to provide an alternative solution if sufficient cause should arise.

Absolutely! At The Milton Parc Hotel, numerous services are included. High-quality house linens such as bed sheets, duvet covers, pillows, bath towels, and dishcloths are provided.
Of course! A high-speed wireless internet connection is at your disposal in every Loft. Internet service is already included in the listing price with unlimited downloading!
Yes, utilities are included in the listing price. However, based on reasonable consumption rates, excessive consumption will incur additional costs.
Yes! The Milton Parc Hotel features elevators, wide doorframes, ramps, and accessible bathrooms. *Please note: one-bedroom Lofts include two steps. Two-bedroom Lofts are built on two floors, with one bedroom located upstairs, and the second bedroom downstairs includes two steps. Please do not hesitate to contact our team if you need special assistance.
No problem! Upon request, we can provide a crib, stroller, diapers, wipes, and baby food. Please contact our team for more details.
All Lofts are stocked with soap and basic cleaning products upon your arrival. Any additional housekeeping or hygiene products are at your own expense. Please consult the included services section on our website.
That’s up to you! Should you desire, our team will stock the fridge with basic groceries: bread, milk, eggs, jam, cereal, sodas, juice, coffee, tea, water, chips and snacks. Or give us your own list and we’ll make sure you have everything you need!
In order to preserve optimal comfort and respect The Milton Parc Hotel’s maximum occupancy of 2 people per bedroom, we kindly ask that they don’t. No exceptions will be made.
Upon your arrival, you will be provided with a "Welcome Letter", which includes useful information, numerous points of interest, and our favourite restaurants in the area. We also invite you to consult the "In the Heart of it All!" section on our website to find an interactive Google map with loads of great places to check out. As always, our team is happy to provide even more suggestions to suit all tastes.
The Milton Parc Hotel does not offer transport service. However, a taxi from the airport to your Loft costs a $40 flat-rate.
The Milton Parc Hotel is centrally located on Parc Avenue, which means public transit (Place-des-arts metro station / 80 & 129 bus / Bixi bikes) is just a few minutes away, with numerous taxi stands in proximity.

1-Bedroom Lofts accommodate up to 2 adults, while 2-Bedroom Lofts accommodate up to 4 adults.
Bedrooms at The Milton Parc Hotel have been designed to provide optimal comfort, but depending on your needs, cot rentals for children are available on demand for CAD $50.00 per cot/night, and crib rentals for CAD $30.00 per night.
Just like a hotel, there is a one-night minimum stay.
Parking is available for $25/day. Please note, spaces are limited and we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.
Guests staying at The Milton Parc Hotel are welcome to invite friends, though we kindly ask for no more than 6 to 8 at once, depending on the Loft. Possible exceptions can be made with prior consent. All of our rates are payable in Canadian dollars ($CAD).
A standard Tourist Tax and Federal/Provincial sales taxes will be charged, as well as parking fees if applicable.
